Terms & Conditions
By booking at Happy Paws Dog Park you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Liability
No responsibility will be taken by the land owners for damage or injury sustained to property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or in the car park
All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owners risk. No responsibility for damage or accidents can be taken by the owners of Happy Paws Dog Park
Payment
We accept Paypal, Bank Transfer and Cash - please contact us to arrange cash and bank transfer
The park can only be used if it has been booked and paid for prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be made if cancellation is made minimum 4 hours prior to appointment slot.
To cover Paypal fees, we will deduct £1.00 per session cancelled
Slots can be rescheduled for another date - please allow 4 hours notice
Entering/Leaving the Park
Please keep dogs in your vehicle until the previous users have loaded their dogs back into their vehicle
We kindly ask that you utilize your last 5 minutes for tidying up - walking around the park to double check for any dog waste and taking your dog(s)s back to your vehicle
Maintenance
Please remember to clean up after your dog(s)
Please use waste bins provided - General Waste and Dog Waste bins are provided
No litter is to be left in the Park
Smoking is allowed at Happy Paws - Please dispose safely and properly (smoking bins provided)
Children
Children are most welcome, please make sure children are under adult supervision at all time. Please do not allow children to climb fences or trees
Data Protection
We will only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. This information is not used for any other purposes or shared to other parties.
